As I browse through the net to get tips on how to develop my career, (Since the internet always have answers to every question) , I realize that everything I saw from the Google page did not satisfy my curiosity about how to develop on the present career I’m pursuing. As I move my cursor towards the ‘close’ button, something at the corner of the page caught my attention, so I placed my cursor on it to get a better view. ‘How to find your dream Career’ it read. After reading through, I realized that you can only develop on a career you enjoy. If you find yourself in the wrong career, you find yourself thinking more of how to quit the job or battling your employer for a salary raise rather than developing and adding value to yourself to be the best in that field.

Most experts would advice you to stop doing what you don’t love and start doing what you love to do, Now that is a bit shaky advice because If You stop doing what you don’t love, that means you should quit your current job which you find is a great drain on your time, your energy, and your creativity too. At the end of the day, you are too tired to do anything that you really want to do. Let me share some tips with you that I found very useful in the article I read, hoping you’ll see the light in them just as I did.

• Try to build on your strengths and polish them to perfection. For instance if you are a good writer and enjoy writing. Polish this skill and get the best writing courses out there.
• Learn all those essential skills that you will need along your journey. Remember that no skill is so hard that it can’t be learnt.
• Find one plan and stick to it.
• Take action.
• Follow it through one step at a time.
• Do the best you can.
• Keep fine tuning and doing your best.
• Become the best.
• Be determined to win.
• Be determined to succeed and you will win. You will succeed.
Now, that did wonders for me. Once I get an idea stuck in my head and I work through it with just one thought in my mind…….. SUCCESS
