After countless cover letters, lunches with contacts, and interviews, you got a job offer. Woo hoo!

However, before you accept, there are several things about your potential workplace you should look into. Yeah, you’ve read every inch of print on the company’s site and spoken to existing employees, but have you asked about the company’s earnings trends and cash position? Do you know how many people have held your position in the last five years? Have you met your boss’ direct reports?
