4 Effective Ways to Reduce Work Stress

2. Watch something funny: Laughter is good medicine for the soul. So watch a funny YouTube video or read a comedy. You’re guaranteed to loosen up and see things lightly, reducing your stress levels.

3. Get organised: Stress is usually associated with a cluttered mind and space. Take time out to make a things-to-do list and tidy up your surroundings. Day planners are handy tools that help make life a lot easier when committed to them.

4. Talk to someone: Feeling stressed? Take time out to chat with a colleague or perhaps vent about how stressed you are. Social interaction helps you get a fresh perspective on things, making you see that the situation is really not as bad.
