RISE Youth of the Week is Eyitayo Ogunmola, a Nigerian Social Entrepreneur

Eyitayo Ogunmola, is the Founder of PM Hub and he has carefully nurtured the business processes and provided consistence to the operations of PM Hub from inception. He watched the revenue of the company grow by 140% between 2014 to 2015 after experiencing a slowdown in the company business cycle between 2013 and 2014. He makes overall business decisions that affect both figures and social impact. Eyitayo works with both the advisory board, reporting to high level governance in the company line management and also works with a management team of about 12 providing leadership and motivating locations managers. He has managed both good and bad business investments within 2012 and 2016, and has achieved about 80% investment success.Ogun

Eyitayo Ogunmola is a Social Entrepreneur strengthening workforce and ventures in West Africa. With the organization, he is committed to developing corporate strategies and leading operations which has helped the organization expand to two (2) West African countries, 4 states in Nigeria and 15 Universities in West Africa; providing corporate leadership and enterprise support to West Africans.

Outside his work with PM Hub, he leads as a trainer to four (4) consulting brands in Lean VI Sigma helping top organizations in Nigeria like UBA, DSTV, Unity Bank, Konga, Promo Prints etc develop process improvement and expand business structures. He is a versatile facilitator of Project Management and was appointed as a visiting trainer with Chartered Institute of Project Management in 2013. He was also employed as the head of Project management with the College of Supply Chain and Material Warehousing in July 2014. He currently serves as the Partnership fellow of Creative Associates International, an development organization in Washington DC, United States.

He is a certified PMP Project Manager from Project Management Institute, Pennsylvania, United States and was also awarded Green Belt Lean VI Sigma by VMEdu Inc. Phoenix, United States. He received a scholarship from Bloomberg to study Finance analysis and Data computation at the prestigious Lagos Business School.photo_large

Eyitayo OGUNMOLA was a 2014 Carrington Fellow of the United States Consulate, Lagos where he worked on a project sponsored by the US department of states on youth involvement in Public Service and Social leadership. He is also serving as a social change mentor to the Civil Liberty Projects. He Co-founded TIE Nigeria in 2013; the organization has developed 2 major programmes in 4 communities and engaged more than 3000 young people in youth leadership and public services.

Eyitayo was selected as an Associate fellow of the Nigeria Leadership Initiative in 2015. He also served as the Projects and Strategies lead of Initiatives of Change, an international organization between 2013 and 2014, implementing three (3) projects. He provided program management and evaluation modelling expertise on a Commonwealth sponsored project in 2012.

Eyitayo was selected by the YALI Network to participate in the YALI Tech Camp in Pretoria South Africa, an initiative of the United States department of states to educate young leaders on how to digitalize grass root mobilization. He was also selected as a Social Innovator’s fellow by LEAP Africa in 2015.

Eyitayo was awarded for human capital development among youths by The Crans Montana Forum, an International Organization based Switzerland and he is also a Project Steering Committee Member of Student Economic Forum.
