Founded and registered in 2012, Rise Human and Education Development Networks Ltd/GTE (Rise Networks) is a Data and AI for Development social enterprise focused on youth development, tech justice, digital public Infrastructure, ecosystem partnerships and digital rights. We work with individuals, organizations, governments and development institutions to improve future-ready skills and design innovative solutions that expand access to opportunities and accelerate inclusive societal transformation. Through research, civic engagement, policy advisory, project management and the design and implementation of Programmes, we contribute to equitable digital literacy, safe and responsible AI adoption and sustainable innovation. We’re committed to ensuring that data and artificial intelligence are developed, governed and deployed ethically across Africa, enabling broad participation in the global digital economy.
